For this reason, we offer a variety of payment methods and plans to ensure our services can be affordable for every budget. |

We also accept insurance as a courtesy to you, and will complete all of the required paperwork before filing your claim on your behalf. If you will be using insurance, please make sure you bring all of your insurance information with you to your first appointment.
Rate Reductions
We do offer rate reductions for patients 65 years and older (not applicable for insured patients), and additional reductions when the treatment cost is in excess of $1000.00 and you pay by cash or check prior to treatment.
